Letter to Parents
Dear Parents,
Some of the older pupils have formed a co-op called Castlecuffe Caring Children Co-operative. We have set up this co-op to take part in a competition called "Co-operation is Cool" and to fundraise for charity. Our first project is a St. Patrick's Day sale to be held on the 10th of March 2006 from 2 o'clock to 3 o'clock. We will have a selection of bands, cards and badges for sale.We would welcome your support.
Yours Sincerely
Secretary, Ann Blake.
We spent a long time thinking about what our logo would look like. A Co-operative Society means working together like a community. We wanted our logo to show this and we wanted to do something for our school and community so we thought that having a big C would be good because then we could have Castlecuffe and Co-operative in it. We were not working for ourselves and we were going to do something for others so we called ourselves Castlecuffe Caring Children Co-Operative.
